First of all, you can't expose the definite intent scale on the survey question by color coding and popping a "no" above the 6. That is clearly cheating / influencing the results of that quesiton. BAD survey author, No biscuit! Also: You caused me a lot of stress AFTER I transferred a large sum of money by asking me not once, but TWICE if I had transferred the money. Turns out nothing was wrong but... maybe add an immediate "we got the money" reply into your system somewhere?

Communication was terrible and not on the forefront of the personal assigned. The only time there was any movement on my loan was when I would call, text or email and communicate with management. Felt my value was underrated, secondary and was not the priority. Great business thrive off customer service and not because they that is it the expectation but because great customer service spreads through word of mouth to get more customers, this was absolutely not the case. Subpar business service.

Mariely Delgado was great and she helped answer all my questions. Because of her I would recommend PennyMac. She made the difference. She was the best. She deserves a pay raise.

I thank everyone at PennyMac for their assistance in closing the documents for re-financing my home I give a special thank you to Xavier Johnson he went above and beyond the call of duty. If he did not know the answers to our questions, he transferred us to the loan office for clarification. I was impressed with Xavier Johnson stellar performance, knowledge, determination, and tenaciousness to provide excellent customer service
