The loan officer was professional, courteous and very helpful, then his assistant Kristina entered the picture. She was positioned between me and the loan officer. She contacted me with outdated information, asking for documents and asking questions that had already been discussed and answered. Even after repeated requests by me that she not contact me or be involved with my loan, she continued to be involved adding frustration and unneeded stress to the loan process.

Refinance process was simple and to the point. It was awesome that I didn't have to gather all those documents I needed during my initial loan process. Gathering documents can be very tedious at times.
