For the most part, the process was hassle free. Due to my type of loan, I only had to submit a couple of documents and sign a couple of disclosures. Otherwise, the process was pretty smooth. I gave slightly lower than satisfactory ratings on a couple questions because of the discrepancies between the "final" closing disclosure received a few days before closing and the actual final closing disclosure received from the notary at closing.

Usually prompt communication, lower payments
Call me when you say you're going to call me. Follow up better when you say someone else will be contacting me. Don't make me constantly chase you down to get answers to my concerns.
Vonnye wasn’t helpful at all. She was awful at communicating, getting ahold of, and overall not a pleasant experience. She over looked and issues that almost cost us our home purchase. We were so unhappy with our process with her. We don’t be using PennyMac again!
