Reduce time frame from application to closing more than 30 days. The closing day I received a call from three different agents everyone saying the are the one.

Unfortunately, PennyMac is just too large and corporatey and computerized and impossible to reach a live person. They do too many loans and there is no personal touch or paying attention to detail. Our loan was actually put on "temporary standby" because one of the MAC loan team thought we said we were not interested. What a nightmare this all was. It took 3 times for someone to actually show up at our home to sign our simple refinance, VA, with the same lender (PennyMac)!
