From my first call, communication and details were very easy to follow, anytime I had questions they Were answered promptly. It was a easy to do the refinance, working with Kris was a pleasure. He answered the phone each time I called and kept me informed of where we were during the process. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to finance their home.

There was barely any communication throughout the process. I had to call, email, chase several times then received a different answer from each person I got on the phone. Everyone was nice, the loan rep was very nice. I had noidea when docs were drawn. A notary called me which was great. No one told me my loan funded, no one. I had to call escrow and they were never told from pennymac and it funded 3 days prior, wow! I know everyone busy, but so no excuse.
Great communication from the first interest in refinancing to the of documents. All questions and concerns where answered.
