It was easy to process everything, from uploading docs. and signing everything. We had weekly updates on were the process was at. Very easy to work with.
I had to complete the loan process twice back to back due to it not being completed within the time frame. First filed March 13, had to start second one beginning of June. The first loan person was nice and kept me up to date and was responsive. The second time there were multiple times I left a email or voice message and they were never returned. I enjoyed working with Gabriel at the beginning who was quite helpful and personable.
Little hiccup happened with explanation on my wife’s paystubs but the fact that we worked it out very easily over the phone made all the difference. The combination of remote and personal touch made the difference.
Timely closing for my refinance, great rates and great communication!
