Overall, I had a very good experience. Faiza was EXTREMELY polite and helpful. There was some minor closing document inaccuracies (wrong address). The time difference between myself and Faiza was a little difficult with communicating a couple times, but still manageable (I work for a company that has sites across multiple time zones, including other countries, so I understand it’s part of the business). Ideally it would’ve been nice to have someone in the same time zone.

Communication was difficult for a few reasons. There were multiple people that reached out regarding my refi. Documents were inaccurate on a few occasions (maiden name, including husband erroneously, misspelling my name). When I tried to have this corrected, I did not receive a response. It took my notary to make an urgent request to correct my documents. Closing dates weren't communicated timely. I needlessly paid my mortgage on both homes and am now waiting for refunds. Poorly managed.
