The combination of online process and personal interactions created a very simple and organize way in securing a loan.
I can cannot put the unpleasant experience on my agent, Jason Staples. It was in the processing of the paper work. I had try to close 4 times before the paperwork was correct, which caused me to miss work 4 times. As can be expected this is was very frustrating.
Communication was terrible and not on the forefront of the personal assigned. The only time there was any movement on my loan was when I would call, text or email and communicate with management. Felt my value was underrated, secondary and was not the priority. Great business thrive off customer service and not because they that is it the expectation but because great customer service spreads through word of mouth to get more customers, this was absolutely not the case. Subpar business service.
The Penny Mac team was fantastic and I will always reach out to this company in the future for my mortgage needs.
Lack of communication. Nothing was on time. Package wasn’t ready for our 6pm closing. Notary ended at 1030pm at night. Completely unprofessional from start to finish.
Mariely Delgado was great and she helped answer all my questions. Because of her I would recommend PennyMac. She made the difference. She was the best. She deserves a pay raise.
