Yes, you need to improve the lines of communication with in your organization. Lack of communication between PennyMac employees as well as the title company. Constant making myself available for closing and PennyMac kept missing the mark.
Everything went smooth. It was all laid out for us and an overall easy process.

Not great...
Several family members refinance through PennyMac. The interest was low and the service was 5 Star!
Christopher was wonderful. Our refinance was completed in a timely manor. Anytime we had questions he was available and answered the question thoroughly.
Change in personnel. Change of hands a lot. Tough to get any answer at times. Delay in call backs. Closing notary didnt show up and had to get rescheduled. I paid for an assessment fee that still hasnt been refunded.
The goal of our refinance was to lower payment and interest rate. Jane and Jerretta were very professional and pleasant throughout the process keeping me posted on progress. The closing was in a very timely manner. The smoothest loan I’ve ever done. We were 💯 percent satisfied from beginning to end. Thankyou Pennymac! Mark and Sharon from Iowa
