We were not explained the process every step of the way. Our loan also got passed around between several different agents that did not communicate with us clearly. We closed 2 weeks later than initially anticipated and felt like the process was drawn out.

I am very happy with the rate and the speed to closing, so the end result was great. The issue was that when we got down to the last 2-3 weeks of closing, there was very little communication. Before that time, I would get a call back within 24 hours. So at the critical time when I was very concerned about having everything done in time, I was getting no information. I would email and leave messages and never hear back. Happy, but wish the last part had been more interactive.
