Awesome team there at PennyMac. They kept me informed on what I needed to submit to keep my loan process quick and easy
The lack of communication and the difficulty in reaching the person you've been assigned to work with was incredibly annoying. The emails went to everyone on the m.a.c. Team, so more often than not, Antonio never saw them. I would try to call him and some of the people answering the phone had no idea who he was. I would get sent to a mailbox and would have no idea if it was even the correct person I was leaving a message for. Not a fan of how you have this part set up!!
Highly rated excellent service provided by Michael Felton. Mike maintained clear communication throughout the process. Jose and Grace were extremely helpful providing their leadership support. Everything was really smooth!
It took longer than was presented to me at the beginning. Different people involved who got details wrong such as my closing costs were supposed to be the amount of my old mortgage payment. I kept getting documents saying it would be at least double that. Also request for estimates and invoices from a contractor were requested which had nothing to do with me. I was simply refinancing. Closing was supposed to be early July. Didn’t happen til August 13th.
