This PennyMac is very bad. I m with PennyMac for 6 months now. I did NOT choose it , but my mortgage was sold to PennyMac. The customer service is terrible and discriminatory. PennyMac will charge you multiple time in a month for one reason. This is insane. And they refuse to correct the wrong charges. The customer service is terrible like hell.

Started out crazy but I could never have gotten it done without AL he was a lifesaver even though he had a sick child at home going through all the bank and tax info was to much. That man needs a raise for sure.

Worst mortgage lender!!! Called multiple times for COVID 19 forbearance and set up auto pay and each time I was told “it was set up” and nothing. If you’re a vet just stay with navy fed or any other bank. If I could give negative reviews I would.
