Jennifer was very nice and knowledgeable but the process took about 3 months. I was asked for the same documents numerous times and my follow up emails and phone calls to confirm the documents had been received would go unanswered for days so that made it a little stressful. We have been with PennyMac for 5 years and wanted to continue with PennyMac so we are very happy with the outcome.
Communication was delayed with no direct email contact given and seemed to filter through an automated mailbox. My last communication with Jennifer was not responded to - maybe because after our loan closed communication is no longer required? I was following up on a possible refund of prorated mortgage payment that she had mentioned. Also, there was confusion with duplicate requests for docs and the online portal was not intuitive with duplicate docs displaying and status not updating.
It was fast and easy with very little wait time. All paperwork was electronic until the close and then it’s was done in my home in about 20 minutes.
Adrianna Doolittle was the best and I have nothing but a great experience with her. The issue is with the loan officer and the previous two processors who did a horrible job. The communication was terrible with all three and the information I received was also terrible.
I really appreciated the information I received while submitting the application. I thought that process was very smooth and easy and I felt that I was given all of the important information. After the application was submitted, I received less information and the communication was not as thorough/clear or friendly. That being said, the overall process was smooth and was completed as-expected, so I was pleased with the end result!
PennyMac did a great job with our refinance. They communicated well through email and phone call, keeping us up to date throughout the whole process. Michael was easy to talk to and accessible by email and phone for all of our questions. Thanks for a painless closing!
Erica was very helpful to my wife and I through the process. We had questions and she always got back to us with the info we requested. This was our first time going through the mortgage process strictly on line. Erica's professionalism is what made our experience great through the process. She is a 5 star!
