All aspects of the refinance were well above expected, even though the time line was extended due to the COVID-19 work from home requirements placed on the good people working on our loan. Great experience working with PennyMac.

Pennymac offered me the best refi rate and costs, beating other offers as they were our original lender. Faiza was Very helpful to work with and did weekly calls or emails to update on the process and timeline as we went along. Due to covid things were a little slower and we closed a few days later than originally planned but it all went through without an issue.
Hilda was great, she answered all my questions and got back to me quickly. I thought that this process was going to be painful but Hilda and the rest of the PennyMac team made it so easy. Thank you so much for all your help!
