Process completed faster than expected, which was fine.
I think y'all were just too overworked. Rob was very polite and he tried his best.
Robert was great to work with and made the loan process as simple as could be. He is very responsive and takes the time to answer all of your questions and get you the information you need to proceed with your loan. Great experience!
This was as smooth as any refi could have possibly been!
Mariely Delgado was very easy to work with and did a great job walking me through the whole process. Well done! However, the closing process was terrible. It took four (4) separate appointments to get a notary, with the correct paperwork, to my location. I don't know if the problem(s) was due to the paperwork, or if the notary was the culprit. Either way, it was a large inconvenience to get ready for the appointment, then learn it would not happen.
My refinance process was very smooth. Email witht he Mac team were easy to navigate and all in all it was a stress free process.
I saved some money and lowered my interest rate.
It was pretty simple from start to finish.
