I have been with PennyMac for awhile and they have given me excellent service. So when I decided to take advantage of the lower interest rates of today, it was easy for me to decide who I wanted to do a REFI with. Refinancing my house thru PennyMac was a great experience. I was satisfied. I was informed ahead of time re documents to be submitted or anticipated emails or phone calls. I encountered no hidden surprises, therefore I would do business again with them.

It was great because of the product offered including the rate and the ability to skip a payment. However the closing costs far exceeded what we were initially quoted and even the amount that we were told to bring to closing.
