Brock Walker was my first contact and he did a very good job explaining and returning messages. The one person I really what to to acknowledged also is the young lady in TECH SERVICES that assisted with online guidance, and was a joy to talk to. Unfortunately my notes w/ her name got misplaced, but she is invaluable!!!! Great Customer Service to ALL THE TEAM that assisted us with this process. Thank you, Phil & Erin

There was very little communication from PennyMac especially after we already paid for the appraisal. In the end I feel as though I should be paid for the work of getting this loan closed because I constantly had to not only reach out to the lender but also but our attorney on overtime trying to get to the bottom of what needed to be provided. As well as the day of closing all the documents were wrong but at that point we were over dealing with it and signed them anyhow with the belief they wou
