USAF retired and have been a Penny Mac customer for many years and I would not want to have it any other way.
We felt like we were guided through the process by a knowledgeable team. Communication lines were very strong and we appreciated all of the guidance and patience.
Your staff was friendly and effective. All requirements were met and we closed on our new house on time.
Loan processor was very slow in responding to me. Requested documents on Sunday nights, called at inopportune times. Did not seem to understand my explanations. Finally had to refer her to my Financial Advisor.
Better communication but rates were great. Had great past experience with this firm.

All parties involved were friendly and very informative throughout the process. We were able to close sooner than we expected but it did not change when our first payment was due. The extra savings was truly appreciated during this time.
Better communication. I had to constantly call to get updates even after I was told that someone would call me on a certain day with the update. Also for closing my original appt had to be rescheduled because no one on your team sent the closing documents to the notary. He obviously rescheduled which was a huge inconvenience for me since I had already taken time off work to close and then had to go in again just to request more time off so I could be there a second time to sign closing docs.
PennyMac made this an easy process from start to finish and very professional. All questions we had on the process were clearly explained in a timely manner.
