Cristobal Garcia was excellent in helping us get started.Lydia Johnson on the other hand was not helpful at all. She would call me multiple times thinking I was different accounts. Called us in a panic the day before closing about some random document that needed to be filed and then when we called to confirm it’s delivery she had no idea what I was talking about and she mixed up our account with another.
Closing this loan with Penny Mac was truly the most incredible loan experience I have had ever! It went so smoothly I almost couldn't believe it. Now this is a company you want to do business with!! Not to mention the fabulous rate! My processor, Yamila Jaimes should get promoted she was that great!!

All communications with Antonio were clear, timely and accurate! When he didn’t feel an e-mail was the best communication, he would call to make sure our questions were answered clearly. Very painless process!
I am in RE and know how the loan process works. This, this was a disaster. Brent is a talker. He tells u what u want to hear. I had to get Stanley Rodrigues involved in order for this loan to make it to closing. The figures were off multiple times and the closing timeline was never clear or updated. 60 days turned into over 90. My signing docs had my name incorrect and after I signed, a week later I had to contact Pmac to see if the loan had funded/ closed. Too many ppl on the PMac Team.
