I was kept informed every step of the way and when I uploaded documents, it seems they got processed right away. The process was pretty seamless in that very few documents were required on my end. I felt as though my ongoing relationship with PennyMac was appreciated.
The loan agent who took the conventional loan application on the phone was very knowledgeable and professional. I also got a good rate. He made it look very simple. He told me exactly what to do and within am hour or so we completed the application. That was awesome. The lady who setup the closing was great. Everything was set up perfectly. The closing company called to set up a meeting place. It was very smooth. I will highly recommend PennyMac to any person interested in refinancing.
I was unpleasantly greeted over the phone by some representatives who almost seemed to get annoyed by my wanting to touch basis about my loan. I forgot the name of the young lady who I spoke to, but she was extremely rude and unpleasant to speak to.
Both Roberto and Kami did an amazing job with refinancing my home. They were efficient and thorough throughout the entire process. A+ team and kudos to them for making this a fast and seamless process.
The process was quick and easy. The communication was great throughout the process.
All communications with Antonio were clear, timely and accurate! When he didn’t feel an e-mail was the best communication, he would call to make sure our questions were answered clearly. Very painless process!
I am in RE and know how the loan process works. This, this was a disaster. Brent is a talker. He tells u what u want to hear. I had to get Stanley Rodrigues involved in order for this loan to make it to closing. The figures were off multiple times and the closing timeline was never clear or updated. 60 days turned into over 90. My signing docs had my name incorrect and after I signed, a week later I had to contact Pmac to see if the loan had funded/ closed. Too many ppl on the PMac Team.
Lauren was very thorough and pleasant in her communications with me. She took the time to answer my questions and she reached out periodically to keep me up to date during each stage of my loan processing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with.
