I was kept in the loop on what was going on all the time. didn't have to guess when something was going to happen, they let know in plenty of time
Jericha made this process a piece of cake. She kept me informed every step of the way and was very quick to answer all my questions. Paperwork was flawless. To take it a step further, Jericha was genuinely a nice person. She was very respectful and she was a model ambassador for PennyMac. I'd recommend PennyMac to everyone based on this experience. Way to go Jericha!
My experience was exceptional. Normally there is a certain level of anxiety and stress during a process as important as this. But the information was clear and then there was carlos and emails every step of the way. Ronsha did a great job. My fifth closing in our history, the best experience.
I was not told I needed cash to close for my second closing date (first missed because the documents I was told were ready, weren't ready) and it cost me $30 in wire transfer fees. Communication was sluggish and I was given conflicting information at least one time.
Very unprofessional. Wrong type of loan, wrong dates, spoke fast, bad attitude and never ever called back. Terrible experience. Would never recommend.
