The process was very easy to follow. PennyMac explained everything to us and their online process was easy to follow. We thought we were going to close two months after we started and we actually closed two weeks after we started. I would highly recommend PennyMac to refinance your home.

Once Denny got involved, it went better, hence his high rating. Rock-star was Tiffany Lewis, starting things/stepping in repeatedly to correct process errors. Most irritating: the lack of inter-office communication; I received "boilerplate" notes from 5 different reps on the same thing: docs were needed, blah, blah, blah, ignoring Tiffany's work. Even got one 5 hours after Denny called and said we were done. PMac needs instant digital client file update capability to prevent this.
Closing needs improvement on signing documents. The sub contractor didn't show up on day they were suppose to.
The PennyMac representatives were knowledgeable, imparted information adequately and overall were pleasant and helpful.
It was a very easy process and when I had questions they were answered quickly. I had no problems at all with process and it was all done within 2 weeks
