From the beginning I made it clear I did not want to escrow. Eventually George worked it out but the original settlement date was missed because of escrowing in the settlement. No one called the mobile notary to tell him settlement was not going to take place. We settled one week later but the settlement documents brought to settlement were the ones from the week before.
