Great communication through the entire refi process. Very easy to upload documents through an online portal. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and answered any questions I had.

After I went through the initial loan application process with Chris, I did not ever feel like I was the customer. I had to push to get information. I got requests from multiple people, including auto-generated emails that asked for things that I had already uploaded. It was not a fun experience for me. I appreciated that the loan was done in the time I wanted it to be done, but I feel like I had to do way too much leg work and pushing to make it happen.

Jericha made this process a piece of cake. She kept me informed every step of the way and was very quick to answer all my questions. Paperwork was flawless. To take it a step further, Jericha was genuinely a nice person. She was very respectful and she was a model ambassador for PennyMac. I'd recommend PennyMac to everyone based on this experience. Way to go Jericha!

My experience was exceptional. Normally there is a certain level of anxiety and stress during a process as important as this. But the information was clear and then there was carlos and emails every step of the way. Ronsha did a great job. My fifth closing in our history, the best experience.

I was not told I needed cash to close for my second closing date (first missed because the documents I was told were ready, weren't ready) and it cost me $30 in wire transfer fees. Communication was sluggish and I was given conflicting information at least one time.
