everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. Eric got everything to me and closed in a timely and fast manner. everyone was courteous and respectful and i didn't have to worry about anything.i had a great crew from start to finish so thank you for everything.
The loan process was a great experience. Glenn and team did a great job with my refinance.
Emeldo was absolutely great (my loan processor). Specifically I give him 5 stars. The actual loan officer though was awful. I would give him one star or less if possible. He wouldn't call back until days later, would say one thing and do another, eventually when I asked questions he got hateful with me, and it ended up with an awful title company where you couldn't reach anyone.
If it wasn’t for Lauren Aslin I could have possibly pulled the plug on process. Without her calming influence the frustration could have got the better of me. Days after actual closing still getting requests from underwriting. Overall still a positive experience.

Quick and easy process
Unreal time to complete. 3 months from start to finish. Hard to get through to talk in person with someone.Some things took a long time to communicate to us, leading to longer delays. Most frustrating was not being able to call someone and get immediate answers.
The process went smoothly with a few delays in receiving answers to a some of our emails. Was not sure whether to check regular email or secure email. But when all was said and done we closed in time and received what we asked for.
