This loan took quite a long time but definitely not because of Marquisha , in fact she was the most helpful and was always keeping us posted and got this loan finally done and we got to close . She is so friendly and AMAZING !! She’s Was the third person to handle our application, but got it DONE!! She always was very pleasant to talk to ! A rest asset to your company ! Thank you !

Although it took longer than expected to close due to the Corona situation, overall the experience and service was great. Jordan, Kim and Brandon were super supportive and helpful and, when there were any hiccups, they were right on top if it. Highly recommend Pennymac and there team. C. English , Va

Closing doc correction on loan amount weren't submitted when they said they were and were wrong when notarizing, took two supervisors to fix and reschedule notary for same day. Called multiple times to fix paperwork on closing day with no answer. Loan sat not getting approved for days without communication to me that proof of insurance was needed and you guys have my primary mortgage and knew that through escrow. Loan process started out great and kind of went downhill towards the end.
