My experience with Molly Christmas was exceptional. My answers of five stars or higher refers to her only. I do not like the team approach by PennyMac because I had to deal with way too many people besides Molly. I received document requests over and over again from different people and it seemed like they didn't communicate between themselves. Even now there is a disagreement on the disbursement amount.
The process was smooth. Expectations and requirements were clearly communicated and the followup was exceptional.
Jericha Kane’s communication with me throughout the process was excellent. She kept me up to date every step of the process and answered all questions I had. Her professionalism and attention to detail is second to none.
It was a very quick transaction. Everyone was very helpful.
