The pennymac team blew my expectations away. They did an amazing job. They were courteous and professional. Jocelyn Nieves was amazing communicating and explaining the details of my loan. She made the process very easy and comfortable.
I have been with Penny Mac for over 25 years. They would call me at least 3 times a day asking me to refinance my mortgage. Finally I said sure why not. This has turned out to be just a horrible experience for me. They kept asking me for documentation and proof of accounts. I'd send it to them and they would ask for the same thing again. I was told that all my documents were in and I was waiting for a closing date. I finally called and was told that I needed more documentation.
