I was informed that when my case was assigned to Beth, she would contact me. When I received her initial email, I had questions on what was requested and emailed her back and tried to call. I was not connected to her and the person I spoke with told me that they left a message for her to call me. this happened twice and no call back. She did start calling my husband's line but he wasn't available. I needed to be the one contacted. Frustrating.
Easy and quick .
Every single person in the process was great, took the time to completely explain every step of the way. The final step a person (Tiffany) came to my home with a pile of documents, and took her time to carefully explain every step of the way. Lauren and Ae’rele were easy to talk to and very efficient in a professional manner.
The PennyMac team was very easy to work with. Although it took longer than I expected, I was very happy with the overall experience.

This has been the most difficult loan I have ever applied for. Total lack of communication. Total inability to contact anyone by phone. Mistakes on paperwork. Mistakes on when and where to set up closing. Delays all along the way. Six days after funding and my mortgage has still not been paid.
