Norma was very personable and informative
It is apparent Jordan was new. I’ve called and emailed numerous times and NEVER received but the initial call from hi. Telling me her was our closing agent only. He stopped answering the phone and it just went to voicemail. It was embarrassing and ridiculous . I’ve never experienced such bad service .i’ve nothing great to say about this refinance and the service. I’ve never had to resend the same documents so many times. If you’re reading this just use my account t as an example what not to dO.
We had a very great experience with PennyMac. Very clear communication and very timely and friendly folks. I would recommend for anyone who is in need of a loan or is refinancing their house.
Quick and easy process.
The process was easy. The loan officer took the time to explain step by step what was going to take place and why. The signing of the document was quick and easy.
I was so impressed with Mariely from the first phone call she made to me. She definitely gives PennyMac a good name ; ) From the first time I heard her voice I remembered her name. It's not often that someone can impress you with their phone manners. What she said "she would do, she did! " excellent follow through. Happy Customer!
Communication with Pennymac is very poor. I would say somebody answered the phone 2 out of 10 times. It went to a generic voicemail and I never received a call back. My updated payoff amounts were never updated! When I inquired about that I was told it would delay the closing process by 5 days if I wanted to update the amounts. I also asked if I could have my check for my debtors sent to my job. I was told by customer service that I would have to change my address on file to do that!! not good!
Any communication at all would have been great. The process was not smooth and my rate lock expired with zero communication. I was told management would have to look at extending it. To make this worse I was a Penny Mac customer prior to refinancing. The only person to help was the VP of the customer service, she was very nice but it should never have needed her involvement. My loan was supposed to close on the 21st. My closing was cancelled and no one told me! AWFUL!!!
