The refinance of my mortgage went WAY faster than I expected, and PennyMac has some of the most competitive interest rates offered! The customer service is out of this world! I had questions, and they were answered either right away, or within the day. The closing process couldn't have been easier. From initial application to closing... it was a breeze! Everything was done from the comfort of my home, including signing for closing.

Everyone was very professional.I was kept informed at every stage.My questions were answered to my satisfaction.Phone numbers was available for me to call in case I had questions.Closing was done safely. We self distance and the representative wore a mask and so did I.I provided a table in my garage.The whole team was polite and knowledgeable.It was a good experience.
The appraisal did not get to you guys for a week and a half, so I kept getting emails saying I needed to get it done. There seemed to be a disconnect between Molly and Jonnie. There were request for documents that were either on the portal or through e-sign and sometimes the links did not work. It just was not fluid. I am a dot the I’d and cross the t’s type of person and I feel I had to do to much leg work to assure everything happened on time. Molly did have good customer service.

Email communications concerning a home loan that is being processed is not the most efficient way. A phone call after an email is sent is what I think should be done.
