I have been requesting my signed paperwork for over a week with no response from you. During the loan process you were very responsive and helpful. Once my loan closed I am unable to contact to get the information I need.
Initial process was a little rocky with confirming apr rate. We have good credit and experienced home buyers how expected the best rate possible. There was a lot of negotiating that took a lot of our time to get comfirmation on APR percentage rate
My experience was very good overall. Each member of the staff I worked with in the process was easy to contact and helpful.
