A good experience
Great customer service, very quick and so easy.
It would have made it better, if you have one loan officer take care of the overall process. I loved working with Morgan. Then she announce that Jamie would be a good person to work with. So I thought, well as long as is just James, then is fine. Then he announces, that the loan will go on to the overwriters!! That was bad! When the loan process was not moving the way, it should have been, i asked for a Supervisor, someone by the name Robert called me. That supervisor was horrible!!
The only issue we had is when an automated email that included incorrect information was sent to us. Anna figured out the issue, but it was unfair that both she and I were unaware what the issue was when the email was sent out.
My refinance team were awesome very informative and keep me up-to-date throughout the whole process Rich gave me peace of mind and my closing was earlier than my forecasted date that was awesome. Thank you very much to my PennyMac team
