The responses from the team were quick and accurate. The whole refi process went extremely smooth. 200% satisfied!!!
I didn’t have to do very much. I sent what was needed and the Mac team did the rest.
Erandeny and Gary were terrific. My one gripe has to do with PennyMac policy. This was a refi and yet the entire process felt like we were first time customers to your company. There was no interaction between our existing loan and the refi. We had to go through the entire credit check, proof of funds, letters of employment rigamarole as if we had just walked off the street instead of dependable loyal customers. I can't recommend PM over any other lending company and had hoped otherwise.
Overall it was a seemless process.
Overall my loan was executed on time as planned. The process on loan officer, loan processing agent, and other staff was confusing. My processing agent was punctual but was a little unprofessional with my agent at times on email when my agent was asking questions on my behalf regarding closing. Last minute employment verification was needed night before closing which if I hadn't had my computer at home would've been disastrous. Like I said my overall loan closed on time. Thanks for survey!!
Very pleasant and easy experience. The loan closed in less than a month with no problems at all. We are very satisfied and happy with the entire process.

The loan officer, Michael Ammari, was very good. He helped get me into the refi, and even went the extra mile to waive the inspection. He was awesome. Molly was good, I had time zone issues with her (we would miss eachother when calling back and forth). But, when the call went through to the rest of the loan processing team, they were most always able to help me. Overall, the process was pretty smooth and it resulted in closed loan nominally on time, so I think that's Great!
