More ownership, better communication, documents should be made aware more the 1-2 days before closing
Better communication about the loan process from the loan agent that represented me.
I had a great experience refinancing my mortgage. It is true it was not within the expected timeframe but it was the title company’s fault I believe. I am happy with the process and the way I was assisted and all my questions were answered as well.
