I appreciated the ability to complete almost everything online. This was very helpful and allowed for me to not have to take time off work to process my loan.
I had a clear idea about what I wanted from the loan. I had some confusion about the loan not loading when expected at the end but that was from lack of experience with loan closings of this kind. My only suggestion is the main call in number. I found it difficult to reach who I needed, often with long wait times. I was never sure that I was leaving a message in the right place. The loan officers were excellent, the phone system issues were PennyMac. Overall a very good experience.
