This was my first time refinancing and the PM team made everything very easy and clear from the beginning. They had my best interest in mind from the start and they exceeded my expectations during the entire process.

After completing the initial application to refinance, we received very little communication. Emails were sent stating that our application was being processed, but we received these exact same emails for several weeks with only a change in date for further communication. We reached out several times via email with questions, but did not receive responses. Only when calling the direct line to our contact were we able to get any information. Communication was not prompt or professional.
Communication, organization and accuracy. Also lack of professionilsm from loan processing agents. Loan Officer was good but everyone else was a nightmare process. My refinance took 4 months and gave me sleepless nights and anxiety. I will not be referring PennyMac
