Quick and Efficient.
Our experience with the loan process was very easy. Our questions were answered immediately. We closed within the timeframe given.
Easy Process
Process was fast and I got a better interest rate than I thought I would.
At the beginning of the application process I requested that everything be rolled into the loan, escrow from original loan and any debits. I was hoping for no cash due at closing, either owed to me or that I I needed to bring to closing. Apparently that wasn't possible. When it was time to close I was actually given three different amounts. On the phone call discussing the closing I was told that I owed $3.86, the closing document emailed to me said that I owed .10, but ended paying $6.00!
