Such an easy and great experience. I expressed my wants and desires and was giving options that responded. I got a weekly phone call giving me an update. Refinancing was so much easier than I thought it would be. Thank you!

Working with Penny Mac was a very easy experience. We were able to close within our expected time frame, communicated on our regular basis, and get a great rate.
Bad communication Throughout the loan. By down on ending loan was not communicated. Information on ending loan was not accurate. Began with a different loan officer and transferred to another. Loan officer was not professional. Had to ask for the manager to continue loan. Do not recommend !
More communication during process, I never received confirmation emails of questions I had. Also when It’s time for Notary I was never informed that docs were sent to them except by Notary themselves and almost canceled my appointment.
The team is very go helping get throgh thing and paperwork.
From the beginning when I talked with the loan officer, they explained all the loans and helped me decide which loan would be best for me. Everything went exactly as it had been explained to me and we were able to close on time. Simplest home loan process that I have ever had.
