....Continued Yesterday, I did have John P. reach out to me. He is at a c-suite level, which means he took the time to read my story, and they do not have alot of time to read short emails. Everyone I dealt with from beginning to end was courteous professional and done what they said they were going to do couldn’t ask for any better
From the very start, I felt like PennyMac was watching out for my best interest and trying to provide the best quote and service possible. I ended up going with PennyMac even though we had gotten additional credit from another lender that PennyMac was not able to match. We had absolutely zero issues at closing. Everything went smoothly. I'm very grateful to Grace and Eric for their amazing customer service.
Briana was amazing. We had a few issues with the loan and the closing. Briana was always available and always extremely helpful. I would call the mymac number and get another processor and tell them I want to wait to talk to her. I have over 300 employees that work for me and I hope that they provide the same service and passion for our clients as she did to me.You are lucky to have her on your team
