Requests were made multiple times for the same documents by multiple people. It was clearly demonstrated that there was not consistent communication amongst those handling our refinance. The originally agreed upon closing date was postponed with no reasonable explanation given. We were reassured by multiple people (including a Vice President) that things were in order and moving forward. This was not true and our attempts to contact Jason Coleman multiple times were never returned.

I was not made aware that I needed a check for $66 at closing. I was told that there was no cash out of hand. Needless to say that was something I should have been made aware off.

The people at each stage were superb - including the lawyer who came to the house. I would like to see a better online experience. Other sites have a more transparent, user-friendly first quote experience.
