Have the process work together. The credit section did not have info from loan poc, the employment verification person did not respond to call, it seems like team all over the play and no real process.

When I bought my Condo 2+ years ago, I didn't have to chase down copies of Insurance from my HOA, etc. Everything was pretty much done for me. I used a local Mortgage guy here in Woodbury, MN. so maybe that is why. It seemed I had to do more work & follow up from my end when I think PennyMac could have done some of this, as my current Mortgage was with you guys & you handle my escrow. I wonder if maybe I should've used Rocket Mortgage if I had to do so much work...
