We were originally supposed to close a few weeks ago however, we were informed that the proper documents were not drawn up correctly. Therefore, we were unable to close on our original date which I had to request a day off of work for. The original closing payment was supposed to be $997.93 but since we had to reschedule our closing date, the closing cost increased to $1145 and some change; an additional $145. This inconvenience was at no fault of our own and am requesting compensation.
Frank Morales made my loan refinance experience very pleasant. He kept me informed and guided me through out the process. I will definitely recommend Penny Mac to my friends and family.

Great communication and stress free process
This process took a very long time to refinance my house but once done, the paperwork was very smooth. Thanks to Ammie for taking the time to explain the papers I needed it went fine from then on.
Inasmuch as we were given the impression that we'd have a "team" working with us, we soon felt otherwise. It is however recognized that the Coronavirus epidemic which necessitated many to work singularly at home, heavily impeded that benefit. Communication was carried out largely through email although the message that "we will be reaching out to you this week" was often never realized and questions posed in emails sent were often either delayed or just not addressed.
