I especially appreciated the weekly follow ups whether I needed to provide anything or not. It took so much of the mystery out of the process and allowed me to focus on the rest of my busy life, knowing that she had the complications of refinancing under control.
When our appraisal came in lower than hoped for I gave up on the idea of refinancing, but Liem and his team were able to rework numbers in such a way to make it still very worth it. Even though I had given up, they figured out a way to save me a ton of money with very little needed from me.
