Diana Rogel deserves a lot of credit here. Diana was my first contact and was as professional and knowledgeable as could be imagined. I wanted to stay with Diana throughout the entire process. She made me feel safe and always delivered the news, bad or good immediately and kept in constant communication. I missed her immediately once I was referred to the other parts of the process. Sandra was very good. The process was longer but not her fault towards the end.
