Everything was handled professionally and as timely as possible given the current events. Having Ivonne check in with me weekly was excellent. If I had questions I knew only had to wait until she got a hold of me and not worry about calling in at a good or a bad time. Although I'm sure my questions would have been answered if I felt I needed to call. Additionally, Ivonne never gave me the impression I was a bother or that she was rushed. Definitely took some of the anxiety out of the process.
Having my previous VA loan through Pennymac, made my experience so smooth. I only had to send in a few documents, and we were able to Electronically sign most documents. I was able to get an amazing rate of 2.75%, fixed rate, saving me not thousands, but hundred thousand plus in total pay off. Thank you for the prompt and amazing service.

Anna was not communicative and my agent and I sent her many emails she didn’t reply to. Not until 1 week before we were supposed to close did we find out that our close date was in jeopardy and that was by going to the loan officer, who has been excellent (Arin Baghermian). Arin got me to Anna’s manager, Stephen Cadigan, who was able to rush everything and make our close date happen. He basically performed a miracle where Anna had said she had done everything she could.
