Fast response times.
I had a pleasant experience working with Lana.
Took a couple weeks of calling to get the process started because there aren't enough loan officers, but once it's started it went smoothly and easily.
It was prostrating that I reply right away with email but still keep on getting the same request. And I think that’s why it took my refinance too long. I hope this is just because of the covid. Norma was fast in addressing everything. I hope the email goes to the right person and not the generic one.

There was no communication. My closing was scheduled 5 different times. And two of the times given no one showed and I never received a call stating that I was not closing. Marques called me just after receiving my loan and said he would call every Tuesday to check in. I never heard from him again until months later after leaving numerous messages about my loan not closing and needing to know what was going on! This was the worst experience I have ever had refinancing!
The communication on this loan was terrible. Not sure it was Tameka's fault. We were supposed to close in April, then May, then June. We ended up not closing until early July. We sent emails asking and never got clear answers (again not Tameka's fault as this had been escalated above her) as to why this was taking so long.
Easy process.
Every individual I’ve contracted throughout the refinancing process was very helpful, they took extra time to explain things if I had any questions or concerns. Prior to refinancing I had payment questions and the individuals at customer support were amazing at walking me through setting up my account online and through the app.
