There were a lot of communication challenges between pennymac and my realtor. Pennymac was contacting my realtor’s broker, not my actual realtor despite me providing his contact info several times. Because of this, the closing process was significantly delayed and led to a lot of confusion between myself, my realtor, and the title company to include my realtor not being able to submit comps when the home did not appraise for the agreed upon sale price. I love Pennymack, the staff are knowledgeable and efficient and they work with you to the end to insure success. “Sometimes they got on my nerves” sending the same things over and over. It was all for my good. I am so happy to have had them as my mortgage company to give me the house that I dreamed off.
Road maintenance agreement was required when none given to me when I initially bought my home.
Paullete was my point of contact. Exceptional JOB. Professional, Knowledgeable, Straight talking, always upbeat even when things got dicey, she persevered. An ASSET TO ANY COMPANY.
Kaitlyn crushed. I had 2 loans working at the same time that were extended multiple times. Kaitlyn stayed on top of them both the entire way. I can't say enough about her excellent communication and organization. Give this girl a raise!!!

The overall first part of the experience was really good however later on in the process what I was told was not totally accurate.The closing was drug out I felt because the appraisal took too long then it drug out longer than was acceptable.
Excellent communication as we got going. Answered all my questions and proactively kept me informed.
