Original Loan Officer gave me incorrect information about payments. Very difficult to reach original Loan officer (by phone ort email- he was not very responsive). During Loan processing, I was asked for various documents and sometimes it was not clear what they were asking for since I had already provided it (ie; homeowners insurance, then they wanted me to up my insurance but after calling I found out they they really need the Master Condo Policy that the Association carries.

Overall, the communication from the PennyMac team was extremely poor and misleading. It was very difficult to get a hold of anyone, I was never given a direct phone number or email to my loan specialist. I signed a CD with a specific seller credit a week before closing. It was reiterated to me every day leading up to close that the specific amt was fine. Then the day before close, I was told that it was $2500 over the FannieMae limit. It was too late & I hadto cover that amt out of my pocket.
