I was kept informed and everything went very smooth! Closed on home before we were originally told.
There were issues getting the condo docs from my HOA, which delayed my loan significantly. My HOA said they never received payment for the docs for months. Also, my final closing docs were inaccurate and included Property Tax and Insurance, and should not have
Our first loan officer was very efficient and helpful. When we were moved to Kristina, she also did very well for us, and even moved up the closing date as the original closing date we would have been out of town. Good job by all concerned
My closing agent with my loan paperwork didn't arrive the first 3 times that we had it scheduled. Not a single time was I even notified an had to call to find out why no one was showing up. The 4th time he was over an hour late. Upon arriving the amount I was told to have ready for closing went from $8-$40 to $499. Then the escrow amount showing on the loan docs was incorrect an made my monthly payment almost $100 more per month. It took 3 days to even get to speak to a Mgr I asked daily.

It was convienent that the entire refinance process was handled over the phone and via email with PennyMac.
Xavier Johnson with the MAC Team was great very polite, thorough and all around great person to work with. He communicated with me weekly and responded back within a couple of hours if I had any questions. Thank you Xavier for making this refinance a very smooth and easy process.
