Could not get a hold of anyone for days before closing when I needed payment instructions to ensure funds were sent by closing.
Paulette was very nice and tried to keep us informed about everything going on.
I encountered multiple incidents of information that differed from what I was told on the phone. I was asked for documents multiple times and was not clear if they were received or not.
