Dislikes: loan processor changed mid way through loan. Documents were asked for more than once that had already been submitted. However, those were minor compared to the day of closing. I needed to go to my bank to get cashiers check. I needed exact figure to do that. I could not get ahold of PennyMac after multiple attempts, within their business hours, so I called the title company. They told me a cash to close figure that was nearly $2,000.00 more than had been communicated to me by Pe

Communication was terrible. I was told I would close on time and it didn’t happen. Myself, realtor and parent had to send multiple emails just to get responses. Penny Mac made the home buying process difficult and stressful

Working with Timothy Carter was a great experience. Very knowledgeable and hard working individual. Went out of his way to help and find answers to all my questions. Extremely responsive person as opposed to my loan officer Araceli Jimenez. Not responsive to multiple phone calls. Hopefully she does not do this to all her customers.
